Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter or preferably margarine in a skillet or fry pan. Add green onions and saute over medium heat. Add potatoes and stir well. Then add sausage, salt and pepper and stir well. Add parsley last and stir till blended throughout the home fries. Add butter or margarine if too dry. Serves 4-6. Excellent! Enjoy!
